heres a tip

1) lose your freaking bloated piece of poop software.
2) just give the users the pipe to the internet, leave everything thing else (browsers, firewall) to the user
3.) offer higher speeds, and do no cap the speeds.
4.) lower your price
and then maybe you will not lose as much customers.

Even if AOL did all that, I would try to stay as far away from them as possible. Well, maybe I would give them a shot if they were the last ISP on earth.
It would be such a put-down on my part telling my friends that I got AOL... shame
