No Spam list

There is no reason a No-Spam list like the "National do not call" list wouldn't help curb this a bit. Just make them purchase the a list like telemarketers do. If they send out spam to you and you are on the list, they get fined. Easy! It is not as complicated as everyone thinks it is.

And if they sent you spam from China. What you going to do about it? Fine them? Stop trading with China? Send spam to Chinese in return? Bite your elbows?
