 | when you broadcast your network to the public it becomes just that - public. Remember, YOU have the transmitter and sent your signals on a public street. Just like once you put your garbage out for delivery in the street, anyone may pick it up.
Now if your network is encrypted and I try to hack it, that should be illegal as you obviously have attempted to make your data private.
Photographers may take pictures in public (just look at Celebrities Uncensored).
Actually, I feel that I have a right to airwaves FREE of electricty, radio waves, microwaves and etc. They give me a headache. Sort of like secondhand smoke..and we're winning that battle... |
