AOL has to pay for Time Warner somehow....

This isn't surprising, the buzz among some AOLCL's (Community Leaders) for the past few months has been a raise in subscription rates since the merger of AOL & Time-Warner. AOL has a stranglehold on the market already so there's no motivation to remain competitive. What's really amusing in the contention that AOL has invested to improve service, ask any AOL subscriber if their service has gotten any better? ... I think not! ... constant disconnects, bloated propritary software that cripples many OS's, now touting a release of "Almost on Line" version 7.0 when versions 5.0 & 6.0 never worked; this is total insanity and AOL will get away with hiking rates and delivering nothing new or improved. "America on Line, So simple a monkey can use it, but why would he want to?"
