23 Bucks!

Boy that sure is a rip off. With most broadband ISPs costing any where from 20 to 50 normally AOL is ripping the consumers off. Why pay 23.90 for 56k access when you can get Juno for 10, AT&T's dial-up for 6, Netzero for 10, and BlueLight for 10. AOL must think they are something. I'm glad I canceled my account before the hike plans. Good riddance AOL! Plus don't they have enough ads on their stupid service. They customize their profile pages to fit in some more ads. ADS are everwhere on that service. Maybe they should be lowering the price because of all the ads, but not AOL. Steve Case is sitting high on those who can't get broadband at the time, or those who just don't want to try it or can afford it.
