Re: No wonder its #1 I am sure if a fair comparison test were developed and conducted based on speed, security, value for money, and ease of use, I am fairly sure they would take "ease of use" and fall short in other areas, especially compared to Earthlink, MSN, and other national ISPs.
Some memorable and relevant tag lines I've seen around:
AOL as #1 is like excrement for dinner - 29 billion flies can't be wrong!
AOL may say they're #1, but they actually treat their customers like "Number Two."
