I've been having problems too. My connections have been REALLY UNBEARABLY SLOW.. it feels like I'm back on dail-up!

If you have a router it could be preventing you from getting to the modem. You'll want to direct connect 1 PC to the modem, then power off the modem for 15 secs and then back on and retry at »192.168.100.1

Signal-to-Noise/Carrier-to-Noise Ratio: 30dB or greater

Are you getting disconnected at night or just seeing erratic speeds? If it's erratic, you might want to run the speed test and the Line Quality test when it's erratic and post those results.

Also, a good speed test is the »nyc.speakeasy.net test besides the one you ran.
