DSL TV in US

As I've mentioned before, I have TV over VDSL from Qwest, and it works great. It has 3 5Mb video MPEG streams along with 1Mb/1Mb data. However, it's been too costly for Qwest to deploy it beyone Phoenix and Denver. The main killer is the distance limit (about 4000 feet for their 22Mb service). This requires a ton of remote terminals to cover enough area.

Given the size and density of Hong Kong, distance probably isn't a big issue there.
