reply to The Fly Hmmm, have you ever bought a computer system that came with a msft os installed? If you do, you should also received a manual/certificate with some sort of "authentication"(ie serial number, hologram-sticker). If you have, then you have just paid msft indirectly via your computer dealer.
i am proud to never have given that company a dime.
