Both techs I talked to were extremely knowledgeable and didn't blow me off like many do. I now have the new firmware, by the way, but no SNMP anymore. :-( At least the connection is solid.

It's slow as molasses (sometimes pages won't even load, and sometimes network communications simply don't go through). Is anyone else seeing this? Techs, should I tracert and/or ping any particular server to help determine where the problem is?
