 Anon | Hello-
I appoligize you were misled by our coverage listing. It is not our intention to "falsely advertise coverage". This would not lead to anything but wasted time for you and us.
I maintain the Inconnect.com listing on dslreports. I entered coverage based on CLLI codes (CO's) provided to me by my Covad Support Manager. Please let me know your address so that I can see what the problem is and can make changes so that no one has the same experience.
Again, I appoligize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Thanks,

I would tend to believe that listing where I can offer DSL will be more beneficial at this time. As the Nations leading DSL provider, Covad has DSL available to less than 40% of US homes and businesses. It wouldn't make much sense to list the areas that can't get it, that would be more confusing. At some point in the future it may be better to say "We can offer DSL everywhere, except X, X, and X." But right now trying to list the areas where DSL is not available would be incredibly difficult and ridiculous. With the way dslreports has set up this site, it doesn't take long to find out if a particular provider can offer you DSL or not. If in question, email the provider.
If you have any questions for me, please, email me. I'd be more than happy to help you.
Thanks,
