That's an idea... it's useless trying to discuss it with their customer service people, they either don't understand what you're talking about or they're just not interested or have any ability to address it. And there is no email address for anyone at Cingular listed anywhere that I can find. I've searched their website extensively and there is simply no email addresses for them whatsoever. I find that a bit strange. |

I have cingular and both t616 and t226 can email pictures without any problems. You must have wireless internet with csd enabled. The setup of the phone is complex but can be done. |

What I have discovered is that my phone SHOULD have been configured to email pics before it was sold to me. But, it wasn't. It was also misconfigured to send simple SMS text messages (it couldn't). So someone in Cingular's mailorder system dropped the ball when configuring the T226 phone I received. Then a very bad miscommunication among Cingular's customer service and technical support added to the problem. |

I am on Cingular, and I am able to send pictures to an email address from my v400 camera phone. I just tested it the other day and it works fine. Is it something that has changed recently? |
