Back to the topic, thank the gods for Bell. I never got even close to 3 mbs with Rogers, and I never will, especially since they refuse to give DOCSIS modems to old users (hell they're still giving crap to new users). Stability in speed is also a big problem, so Bell is bascially going to win this round.
