WOW!!!

There must something wrong, or I'm doing something wrong. Here is my tested speed using my Hitachi G1000 on the Sprint network:

50K 178kbit/sec
100K 374kbit/sec
200K 533kbit/sec
500K 1852kbit/sec

I repeated the 500k test after cleaning my temporary files and the result was 1250kbit/sec

I think the version you used was doing the redirect before downloading the data.

I don't think you can get these speeds on the current version!

Sanyo SCP-5500 (Sprint PCS)

5k = 6 kbit/s
50k = 72 kbit/s
100k = 115 kbit/s
200k = 264 kbit/s

I see a trend, do you?

Redirection works fine on my phone. Occasionally, it will give me a message when testing the 5k test: "BBR Mobile speed test Too fast (2.861s). please choose a larger file." How fast is too fast?

WAP mode doesn't work for me. It loads the page, but then says "Page read error". Otherwise, works pretty good. Thank for an additional "tool".

when did you test these, because the data inside the html page is now not compressible. Or not very much.

also - the wap page, when did you test that? and was it giving you an error when you picked a speed test, or just after it displayed the simple wap menu page before u picked anything?

I tested both right before posting.

I can get to the WAP page fine. But once I click on any of the tests (5k, 50k, etc.), it downloads but then displays "Page read error".
