User_Program join:2003-12-18 Saint Louis, MO	Heya ADSL Guy I have realy bad kbps (192).. I called sbc tech support and witch in turn called ASI and was told my line was capped at 192, a trouble ticket was filled out and I have heard no reply yet and my kbps is still 192....Is there any thing I can do? or mybe you can uncap me lol Thanks in advance Win XP 2wire all green lights
