Denver, CO | AT&T Completes Northpoint Asset Purchase It looks like AT&T has actually taken over Northpoint's equipment and building assets that they bought in the bankruptcy at the end of March, which of course is what precipitated Northpoint's sudden cessation of operations when the assets AND the customer base could not be sold together as a going concern. I presume this means that AT&T got whatever regulatory approval they needed to go ahead with the deal.
