We signed our contract the beginning February, 2001 and still have not gotten our DSL installed. Some delay was due to the Northpoint debacle but a replacement provider has been in place for 60 days and we are still no closer to installation. We have been getting "the run around" in a big way. Giving up and looking elsewhere.
