<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/870783"><b>ebaykeith</b></A> : You'll have to work it from Earthlink's end.  SBC can't do anything with it as long as Earthlink has that access.  Call Earthlink and find out when they put in the order to remove DSL from that line.
