Unless you upgrade to a higher tier service its not physically possible to reach anywhere close to 2000 not to mention 3000.

my results after the tweak u gave me.

still no good.

would changing your network media and network buffer count effect the tweak. when i changed it awhile ago, i then got my dsl to connect to 100 mb instead of 10. so should i change it back inorder for the tweak to work.

Reboot
Rerun both the tweaks test and speed test from the nearest city listed here: Speakeasy POPs
