AMIGA was doing it Full color and 30 fps true video in 1985... on WHOPPING 1MB of RAM... but ground up designed to do JUST that sort of thing. (And still took 10 more years of COMPLETE NEGLECT.. and even bankruptcy before the C=64 really went away.

They had exceptional products they had no idea of what they were capable of... let alone market them to advantage... in the mean time Bil Gates made GARBAGE smell nice!!!!
--
»haywardm.com (Hayward's Key West)

They're an excellent company and they try very hard to please the consumer under very difficult conditions, insane govt. regulations, etc. If I started getting disconnected all the time, or my speeds got to dialup level, I'd still send in my $49.95/mo. because I know they try very hard to put out a stable product.

(Either that or I've been lurking the Bellsouth forum for too long)
--
"No matter how I struggle and strive, I'll never get out of here alive".
