I have had fairly good results with Vonage..
The few times I have had to use the phone for customer service have been no worse (wait time) than any other utility - phone, cable, electric, etc. I have had great results with using email for support. I have had the tech call me - when needed - and have always had whatever the support issue resolved.
IMHO, customer support will separate the players when ATT, TW, and everyone else jumps into VoIp next week. From my experience, Vonage will have the lead here in that they have been dealing with customer issues/expectations/etc for some time now and the new guys are going to see how hard it really is |
