<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/585933"><b>sh0V3L</b></A> : my gateways as well as all other pings has pretty much doubled since sfo upgrade i have had a tigket open since 12/12 nothing has been resolved all they did was have covad depro repro wich did nothing as the problem is not the backhaul its the saturtation on the routers i know it they know it but yet they try to bs their way out and stall hopping u just let the ticket die ,it works great for them most of the time too i bet I want my 8-10 ms gateway pings back and i want my sdsl stable  when under a load thats all not alot to ask they get their payment every month no excuses i want my service no excuses simple isnt it .<br><br>Imm so fed up i dont know whats next this sucks bottom line :(]]></description>

At one point, I did have some sort of connection, but I was gettin wicked bad pings.  SE said they could see my modem, but saw no traffic coming back their way.
