Anon | SUCKS This is my first dsl tryout and these people are the worst to deal with. It's been about 60 days and I still haven't got my dsl yet.

Concentric is THE WORST, try cancelling your service and making sure that they don't continue to bill you. It took 6 months for me to make sure that they don't continue billing me for service that was cancelled.
