Have you visited our Tweaks forum to make sure that your computer is getting close to the maximum it can get from the service? Have you installed any software from any dialup providers lately? Some are know to change settings that can change your preformance. Were you getting close to max speed before this problem? What speed are you supposed to be receiving?
