Actually, if you ever used it you would know that phones like mine (Kyocera 7135) do work on that network. The reason is when you set it to modem, it goes into a data only mode and cannot be used for voice. Geez, who would have thought, huh. I have used the network in Frisco, without any changes necessary from my normal express network settings and got downloads of about 300 stationary according to the speed check on this site. Works pretty good. I average about 90 in my home area of Indiana on Express Network. Still not too bad for general web surfing and e-mail. No heavy donloading at that speed though. Moral of the story is if you don't know something, keep the trap shut or you will embarrass yourself. Let the flame begin
