im having horrible problems i called last month to upgrade my sppeed to 1.5mb right now i have 768 my plan is for 384k to 1.5mb they said they couldnt do it because my line in my house was bad so i upgraded everything now i want to get 1.5mb no one at sbc will help me they keep transferring me to the sales department and i constantly say i dont want the plan from 784 to 1.5mb if i have the plan from 384k to 1.5mmb basically im talking to no one help me
reply to jackisy k i got 1.5mb now thanks to the techs at asi i was going crazy because the techs at sbc kept repeating the same shit exactly wat it says on the cpu. line test can be seen on the sbc pacbell forum
