about a year ago Telenet was in financial troubles. They got it solved. Now they still need to pay 350 Million EUR to some cities.
So they started a fund raising campaign to get 750 Million EUR. They've succeeded in they're objective. In fact they got over 4 Billion (4.000.000.000) EUR.
They immediately paid the cities and are now upgrading the networks and offering new services. -- "I said 'pick his brain,' not 'tear off his head.'"
