| Sounds like a great deal to me Hopefully we'll all experience the trickle down effect later. Currently I'm paying 50$ month for 256k/256k ADSL. I used to have the 70$ package which was 512k/256k but decided it was just too expensive for the speed. I guess the local phone company has a monopoly here because every other dsl provider doesn't provide service. The phone company just installed the DSL in June of last year. They named it "GoFast DSL". Oh the irony 
That's not even mentioning a 50 plus ping to the gateway which translates into 150 plus pings to most sites that are close to me. No cable internet available here either. Those ISP's in a monopoly situation tend to really stick it to the consumers. |
