| Don't renew your Zone Alarm subscription early I thought everyone should know a big problem with Zone Alarm subscription renewal.
If you renew your subscription early and forgot or did not read or even remembered, (as one of their (not so)freindly support techs advised me of)(in a not so friendly manner)
If you enter the license key before the subscription runs out, you will loose any remaining days left on your subscription.
As in my case, I figured that I would renew my subscription so that I would not loose any coverage days in case I forgot to renew.
I lost a total of 45 days because I did not remember the installation agreement I read a year ago when I installed the software (hmmm...I remember everything I installed a year ago, don't you?)
So as an informational post I suggest that any customers of Zone Alarm not renew their subscription early or if you do, DO NOT install the new KEY that you receive.
As a note to the Zone Alarm Team--- You may want to inform your customers of this information durning the renewal and also state this in the email that is sent out after the renewal.
