I thought you guys might like to hear it from someone who has the service and also sells it.
The service is amazing! I'm able to GAME, UPLOAD and even surf! Most users based get speeds of 500-750Kb with peaks of over a Mb.
Service here in Duluth is $39.95 a month for unlimited access. Monet is very competitive with Cable and DSL. Another plus for Monet is that our modems are PCMCIA cards so they can be quickly moved from a desktop to a laptop and used on the road.
The network in Duluth was setup to be a mobile user’s network vs. what you would think of being setup as a project to cross the digital divide. We have been able to get service to users with no other options.
