Has anybody had any issue with ICMP lately? are they trying to pull a Cox cable number on us and disable it so we can't find problems with their network?
I am using tulsa connect, and I have no problems with ping or tracert. But I think I was a few weeks ago. Maybe it was just a short period that they were messing with us.
