You don't need to. Personally I would not want a video phone because I would feel obligated to keep eye contact with the person I am talking to. I like to do other things while I am talking on the phone. Some people get tired of just holding a phone over a certain amount of time. Try getting them to look at it to. -- I am the beginning.
