Re: Gates needs to purchase stock options in a clue. That's a great idea to make it more expensive for the spammers to advertise but how possible is it? We are dealing with a major design flaw when it comes to the Internet. It simply was not meant for all this regulation and control. Believe me, I would love to see it happen. Unfortunately it will probably get to the point where you need to deposit money to send an email or present a credit card to use a computer. It just goes to show you that a few bad apples (spammers) spoil it for the rest of us.
