Doesn't Comcast consider $57.95 the base price for HSI with a bundled discount to $42.95 if you have cable? This allows them to charge the extra $15 for those who don't have CATV service.
yes that is correct, they charge 15 more if your a non cable tv customer. man for that price your paying for limited cable without getting limited cable ..lol limited cable(locals and a few other channels) is only 15 bucks..lol
