| Excellent, Excellent, Excellent Our group recently relocated to a separate facility from our corporate network, and as part of the process we went to EasyStreet to get both a T-1 to our new site, and colocation as well (1/3 rack). EasyStreet was very responsive, and patient (as we took several months wading through our own corporate roadblocks), and very competitive as well. Our colo space was up & running by the time I got our server down there. Our T-1 had one minor config problem, which their tech support found and fixed within about 20 minutes, and hasn't had a problem since (2 months ago). Our internal monitoring package reports both the T-1 and colo sites as >99.9% uptime. |
