While offering slightly higher speed (since here in SoCal they haven't rolled out speed increases), Comcast offers a substantially higher price and giant 30+% penalties for those not wanting crappy CATV service.
Thanks but no thanks. I cancelled CC and went to VoL the second they deployed...for 1/2 the price, 10 times the features and I'm not missing a robust anything except the fat monthly CC bill which between HSI and a 3rd party usenet subscription since CC has a 1GB cap on news was over $60/mo even without their non-CATV sub penalties.
