Block Port 25 & Revise SMTP Protocol

While I recognize the necessity of blocking port 25, I also recognize that SMTP without authentical (like POP) is just asinine.

How true... my old TimeWarner/RR didn't require authentication on SMTP, but my SBC/Yahoo sure does.
Neither of them blocked direct outbound SMTP though.
