Ok, I'm such a idiot. I forgot to upgrade my firmware version to 1.23. Now I have the updated router setup menu with MAC filtering.

Yeah, the V1.23 is the Stable one, do not try the latest ones, which is designed to fix the Bell South Issue alone.
