Sometime ago, this topic was started and one of the replies indicated that am investigation was under way. my question is, does anyone know where i can find out more about the out come of that investigation or if it is still in-progress? the article i am referring to is »Supra Telecom charging DSL surgcharge !
reply to ragga_78 i had the same problem with supra and when i actually spoke to the better business bureau after the letter they sent me they said they had so many complaints against supra that they were swammped and couldnt keep up with all of them and that there where other complaints with other government agencies and they wouldnt be suprised if they went under soon. they are also trying to switch people to there own network off of the bellsouth network and it is really messing up. i know of atleast 5 people personally that are changing because they cannot make calls or calls are being dropped.
