RR does offer those kinds of speeds and even more in some areas. I know in Columbus Ohio they were offering 10MB/10MB as a tier for their business customers a while back.
While that hasn't carried over to residential customers as of yet it really shouldn't be surprising to see higher speeds ..and lower ones as well..as they seek to compete with SBC and their offerings now -- The life you help save just might be your own Team Discovery

I don't know the specifics now but at the time I looked into it awhile back it was advertised as "direct connect"...and was marketed as RR Business Class service and was on their (Time Warner Columbus) website that way as well. -- The life you help save just might be your own Team Discovery
