They are a regional ILEC in the Cincinnati OH/Northern Kentucky area. This only applies to people who's phone company is already Cincinnati Bell. Kinda like a new offering from BellSouth doesn't mean squat to me. :) It won't mean much to many people around here. One thing I've noticed about Cincinnati Bell/Zoomtown, they seem to have their sh*t straight. You hardly ever see complaints about their service. They're # 3 on DSLR's "Good, Bad, Ugly" listing for National ISPs/Telco ADSL...
