| DSL switch without an active phone line I would like to know if I can switch from Speakeasy to BritSys without an active phone line. I was able to do that when I switch from FristWorld to Speakeasy 3 years ago. |

New York, NY | Is it a Covad IDSL / SDSL line?
If it is we can switch that without an active phone line.
If your DSL line is the old style residential SDSL this may be a problem to switch.

Yes, it's Covad line. I think it's SDSL because the modem is SpeedStream 5250 SDSL modem. The line was originally on Covad Circuit Number: 100-136-118.
