With all this money going towards stopping music theft they could be using it to fund outside reviews on how to make the music industry better. But hey, that would be to easy.
That will never happen simply because it insinuates that the recording industry isn't doing anything wrong. And they aren't, are they? I mean, what's wrong about skimming millions of dollars off the top of an industry for yourself by doing absolutely nothing and having absolutely zero talent yourself. That's what the RIAA executives have been doing for years -- getting rich off of other people's talents.
