i had dsl with panix for a month before northpoint called it quits. i have been waiting for my new dsl service from panix for so long and i dont know what to do. my new CO is supposed to be Focal, but they are clueless it seems. i called them and panix said they have no idea about when im getting my stuff back, is anyone here a panix customer and have focal for a co? if so please tell me how it is and what happened..
A suggestion for you-(if it is available in your area) try cable. You'll find the speeds to be quite a bit higher, at (typically) less cost. Installation typically takes 3-4 days maximum. -- we were just souless, bloodsucking demons-they're lawyers...
