Magalia, CA | I have an ASI visit today, what should I ask for? Currently I have a 'DSL' connection, but problems with my ATM. The Circuit has been 'ripped and rebuilt' but is still down. ASI will be sending a tech out today at which time they will check my NID and the CO.
What are things I should ask, know?
Any advice is greatly welcomed. |

And what is the current trouble you have? You mention DSL is OK, but ATM is not. Does that mean you have good sync, but cannot surf? |
