This fee just recently (4-5 billing cycles ago?) showed up on Speakeasy's bills as well. I always wondered what it was, especially since they tossed up an Email stating how our USF fees were "being decreased," then this mystery charge appears to make up for the lost portion... -- Making life hard for others since 1977.
