because this isn't the way to go about fighting software piracy
because if their software causes any data corruption you can easily sue their asses off
they infiltrate your computer under false pretenses
their software might contain backdoor payload. just because their site says they don't, doesn't mean it's true.
they record (what some might consider) private data without warning you
