That statement is no truer than with AOL. The people that complain about the lambasting that AOL users get have not talked with people who have provided tech support at one time or another.
I suspect that they would tell us that 99% of their dumbest questions come from AOL users. I would further wager that most tech support groups (name your software/website) would tell us that the vast majority of their calls stem from AOL users. These would represent numbers greater than AOL's percentage of the user base.
It just seems that whenever I am asked a ridiculously stupid question, it comes from an AOL user. |
