| Service Review - Update Just posting a review of how service has been with nTelos. I have a 768/768K static connection at work, and a 386/386K DHCP connection at home. The work connection is just on the very edge of their service area, and I get 450-500K usable, with the only downtime recently due to a VERIZON screw-up which knocked me off the air for 22 hours. Home has been rock solid. Overall I have no complaints with the DSL operation. Customer service is sometimes a minor issue, but generally speaking, I have no problems with them either, and I am happy with my speed and my service. |
