Other states should follow

This is great, other states should follow now, and I hope that gets pushed through congress and other parties rather quickly.

I wonder how long it will take before companies start moving over sea's to continue spyware & malware practices.

IMHO That should not take more then, oh say 24 Hours.
Bill won't do much good I am afraid.

EDIT: On the other hand, it might stop company's like Turbo Tax from giving us their free C-Dilla programs
